7.3.11.6 Register Write Fault (REG_WRITE_FAULTn flag)

The REG_WRITE_FAULTn flag indicates if a write access to an invalid register address occurred. This flag sets when an invalid register address is written to, and updates at the next register write command. Reading from an invalid register address does not set the flag.
