PINTYPE(1)DESCRIPTION
NAMENO.
VDD1PSupply Pin. Bypass to GND with a 0.1μF capacitor.
DP12I/OPositive (anode) connection to the remote diode for channel 1. Leave DP1 and DN1 open if no remote diode is used. Place a 470pF capacitor between DP1 and DN1 for noise filtering (if needed).
DN13I/ONegative (cathode) connection to the remote diode for channel 1. Leave DP1 and DN1 open if no remote diode is used. Place a 470pF capacitor between DP1 and DN1 for noise filtering (if needed).
DP24I/OPositive (anode) connection to the remote diode for channel 2. Leave DP2 and DN2 open if no remote diode is used. Place a 470pF capacitor between DP2 and DN2 for noise filtering (if needed).
DN25I/ONegative (cathode) connection to the remote diode for channel 2. Leave DP2 and DN2 open if no remote diode is used. Place a 470pF capacitor between DP2 and DN2 for noise filtering (if needed).
GND6GGround connection
T_CRIT7I/O

Open-drain critical temperature alert pin. A pullup resistor to VDD (or a separate bus) is required. T_CRIT and ALERT pins can be floating if not in use.

ALERT8OOpen-drain temperature alert pin. A pullup resistor to VDD (or a separate bus) is required. T_CRIT and ALERT pins can be floating if not in use.
SDA9I/OOpen-drain serial data line. Requires a pullup resistor.
SCL10IInput serial data line clock. Note I2C clock stretching is not supported.
I = Input; O = Output; I/O = Input or Output; G = Ground; P = Power/Supply
