7.3.6.1.1 Automatic DC Load Diagnostics

The DC load diagnostic is run automatically when the STANDBY pin is pulled high. This assumes that the 3.3Vdc (DVDD) for the device has already been applied. The DC diagnostics will be run on all four channels. If there is a fault on a channel or channels this test will be run again after approximately one second. It will repeat indefinitely until the fault is eliminated, the STANDBY pin is pulled low, or the diagnostics function is turned off by I2C control. This function will also be run after a channel fault.
