Current Sensing

A RSENSE resistor footprint (R2) is designed in the EVM layout to evaluate current-sensing applications. If using RSENSE, this resistor must be rated for the inputs being selected and range from 0603 to 1206 in size. The trace width provides for evaluation of load currents up to 5A. See Section 2 for all precautions on high-voltage safety use.
