7.4.4.4 Output Disable Behavior

When the outputs are disabled, the outputs can be either forced low or to a tri-state condition, determined by OUTAB_DISABLE_STATE (R3[5]) for OUTA & OUTB and OUTCD_DISABLE_STATE (R3[6]) for OUTC & OUTD. The output is low for a '0', or in a tri-state condition for a '1'.
