7.5.11 Global Timebase Counter (GTC)

The GTC module is a 64-bit free-running up-counter compliant with Arm®v8 system counter requirments, with no rollover over the device lifetime when the full 64-bit counter is used, and support of selectable counter-bit outputs as a push events.

The GTC provides a unified time reference across all cores and peripherals for consistent timestamping and synchronization.
