Overview

The THS403x is a high-speed operational amplifier configured in a voltage feedback architecture. These amplifiers is built using a 30-V, complementary bipolar process with NPN and PNP transistors that possess an fT of several GHz. This configuration results in exceptionally high-performance amplifiers with wide bandwidth, high slew rate, fast settling time, and low distortion.
