MII Health Checks

MII issues usually include MII mode mismatches, Master or Slave configuration, Clocking and Timing discrepancies. The DP83TD510 supports MII, RMII (Master and Slave) and RGMII modes. Before investigating further, make sure that the correct MII interface is being selected on both the PHY and the MAC. This can be checked through bits 5 and 9 of register 0x17 (MAC_CFG_1).
