10.2.2.7 Output Voltage Feedback Resistor Selection

The resistor divider network RFB_TOP and RFB_BOT is used to set the output voltage. For this design, 10kΩ was selected for RTOP. Additionally, a 50Ω resistor was placed in series with RFB_TOP to aid in measuring the control loop. Using the combined value of 10.05kΩ and Equation 1, RBOTTOM is calculated as 2.233kΩ. The nearest standard 0.1% resistor of 2.23kΩ was selected.
