The AWRL6888EVM from Texas Instruments is an easy-to-use evaluation module (EVM) for the AWRL6888 mmWave radar sensor. The AWRL6888EVM supports both standalone operation as well as direct connectivity to the DCA1000EVM for raw ADC capture and signal processing development. This EVM contains everything required to start developing software for on-chip DSP, Hardware accelerator and low power ARM® Cortex® - R5F controller. The EVM also includes on-board buttons, LEDs for quick integration of a simple user interface in addition to onboard emulation for programming and debugging.

The Code Composer Studio™ IDE is a complete integrated suite that enables developers to create and debug applications of all Texas Instruments Embedded Processors (Sitara, DSP, Automotive, Keystone), Microcontrollers (SimpleLink™, C2000 Digital Control, MSP430, TM4C, Hercules), as well as Digital Power (UCD) and Programmable Gain Amplifier (PGA) devices.
CCS v21 is TI’s next generation Integrated Development Environment (IDE) based on Theia IDE framework. CCS v21.0.1 uses a modified version of the Theia-IDE framework and offers a user experience similar to Visual Studio Code™.

- Windows 32bit is not supported with CCSv21.
- XDS510 class debug probes are not supported with CCSv21.

The Radar Toolbox demonstrates the capabilities of TI's mmWave radar sensors through software demos, examples, source code and documentation. It supports the xWRx843, xWRLx432, xWRL68xx and xWR29xx families of mmWave radar devices. It is intended to be used as a companion package with the device's corresponding SDK (typically MMWAVE-SDK3, MMWAVE-MCUPLUS-SDK, MMWAVE-L-SDK-5 or MMWAVE-L-SDK-6) to demonstrate specific demos and features.
