Featuring range significantly beyond 10-kilometers (139-dB link budget) and 65-dB adjacent channel rejection, typically 30 dB more than nearest competition, the sub-1 GHz CC1120 performance line family provides an unmatched solution for industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) frequency bands at 169, 433, 868, 915 and 950 MHz. The CC1120, CC1121 transceivers and CC1175 transmitter are well-suited for low-power wireless applications in alarm and security, automatic meter reading, industrial monitoring and control, and home and building automation.

Unmatched sensitivity, selectivity and blocking
Meeting the most stringent RF requirements in the market, the CC1120 performance line family features high output power (up to +16dBm) and excellent sensitivity (-123dBm @1.2kbps). With a 65dB adjacent channel rejection at 12.5KHz offset and 90dB blocking, the CC112x RF ICs can be in closer proximity to other RF systems and potential interferers without any disturbance to the RF link.

Low-power sniff-mode
The CC1120 family’s advanced RF channel sniff-mode feature ensures quick startup and settling time, and enables a current consumption of only 3 mA in Rx sniff-mode. The sniff-mode allows systems to listen for RF packets using very low power consumption while maintaining full RF performance.
