Use the following equations to solve for the minimum sampling time (T) required for an ADC conversion:

  1. Tau = (Rpar + Rin)* CS/H + Rpar*(Cpar + CI)
  2. K= ln(2n/Settling error) – ln((Cpar + CI)/CS/H)
