7.4.4.2 DCO Direct-Write Mode

An alternate method to update the DCO frequency is to take the current numerator value of the fractional feedback divider of the DPLL, compute the adjusted numerator value by adding or subtracting the DPLLy_FDEV step value computed above, and to write the adjusted numerator value through I2C or SPI.
