7.3.1.1.2 Power-Down Sequence

To power-down the device, first set the STBY pin or PD pin low for at least 10ms before removing PVDD, VBAT or DVDD. After 10ms, the power supplies can be removed. Removing PVDD and VBAT first is recommended before removing the DVDD supply.
