3.11 OUT0±, OUT1±, and SDI_OUT± Driver Settings

The LMH12x9 has programmable output driver settings for OUT0±, OUT1±, and SDI_OUT±. Register control can be used to set the VOD (Voltage Output Differential) and power down the outputs.
