TPS709

The TPS709 series linear regulators feature ultra-low quiescent current for power sensitive applications. A precision band-gap and error amplifier delivers 2% accuracy over temperature. Only 1µA quiescent current makes these devices excellent for battery-powered, always on systems requiring minimal idle-state power dissipation. These devices have thermal-shutdown, current-limit, and reverse-current protections for added safety. Shutdown mode activates by pulling the EN pin low.
