6.1 Overview

The TAS2573 is a mono digital input Class-D amplifier optimized for delivering the highest efficiency across all powers for longer battery life operation. The device comes with a small design size for board space-constrained applications. The device integrates Class-H Boost with 33mV step size resolution for class-H control, highly accurate speaker voltage and current sensors, and battery/temperature sensors for system-level protection features. An on-chip, low-latency DSP supports speaker protection, audio enhancement and battery protection algorithms.
