6.1.3 Drain-Source Turn-On and Turn-off Slew Rate

The drain-source turn-on and turn-off slew rate is measured on VDS at approximately the midpoint of the bus voltage; the units are in volts per nanosecond. The resistors RDRVon, RDRVoff, and capacitance CDRVoff connect to the FLT/RDRV pin and program the turn-on slew rate and limit the turn-off slew rate.
