TMS320F283xx Floating-Point Controllers – The industry’s first floating-point digital signal

TMS320F282xx Fixed-Point Controllers – These fixed-point 32-bit controllers are 100% compatible
with the F283xx floating-point controllers. The F282xx are feature set identical, pin-to-pin compatible and fully
software compatible with the F283xx series.
TMS320F281x Controllers – Fixed-point 32-bit controllers with up to 256KB flash memory and performance
of 150 MIPS. Pin-compatible ROM and RAM only versions also available.
TMS320F280xx Controllers – Fixed-point 32-bit controllers with up 256KB flash memory and performance
up to 100 MIPS in 100-pin packages. There are 12 members of the F280xx series and all of them are pin-to-pin
compatible.
TMS320LF240x Controllers – Older 16-bit architecture offers 40 MIPS of performance with highly integrated
