Products for Power Factor Correction

Texas Instruments PFC controllers provide high performance in 75-W to multi-kilowatt applications where high efficiency and high power factor requirements are important. Building on more than 20 years of PFC circuit development, TI’s power factor correction circuits come in both buck and boost PFC topologies. The more popular boost PFC topologies support transition mode (TM) and continuous current mode (CCM) in both parallel interleaved and single-phase power schemes.
