7.4.5 VCC OVP Protection

An internal current limited clamp on the VCCP pin protects the VCCP pin and clamps the gate drive output voltage when the voltage applied to the VCCP pin exceeds the recommended maximum voltage. The clamp has a maximum sink current IVCCClamp. If the current going through the VCCShunt exceeds IVCCClamp, there is a further increase in the VCCP pin voltage above VCC_OV and UCC25661x-Q1 moves to fault condition and retry after the 1s fault idle time.
