Spurious Emissions

Spurious emissions are covered under § 15.255(d). Below 40GHz, spurious emissions must meet the limits given in FCC § 15.209. Between 40GHz and 200GHz, spurious emissions outside of 57GHz to 71GHz, must not exceed 90pW/cm2 at a distance of 3 meters. This is summarized in Table 3-12.

In general, the spurious emission must not exceed the level of the fundamental emission.
