Method C - Frequency Pulling Characterization

Crystal frequency pulling describes the shift in oscillation frequency when the load capacitance CL differs from the crystal's rated CL specification. When the motional capacitance Cm is known, the frequency offset can be calculated without any measurement. Cm is either provided in the BVD model of the crystal manufacturer or measured with an impedance analyzer.
