National Semiconductor Corporation (NSC) recently made public the extension of their military standard logic product line via a buyout from Arrow/Zeus. To assist our customers in their evaluation of this business decision by NSC, Texas Instruments is providing the following NSC-to-TI cross references for your convenience. On May 2, 2005 IDT issued Product Discontinuance Notice (PDN) L-05-04 announcing the discontinuation of 380 Commercial and Logic Devices. Texas Instruments, continuing its commitment to the Logic Market, has issued a list of crosses for this PDN (.pdf). The list from TI contains 170 Commercial and 31 Military direct or similar crosses that will provide our customers a continuous supply of these Logic Products.
