Temperature region is an index that groups a set of calibration tables that may be interpolated between. The lowest temperature calibration tables should begin with a temperature region value of 0. If a higher temperature calibration table requires a different set of coarse parameters, such as DMD duty cycles, the temperature region index should be incremented.
Adjacent temperature regions must have one common temperature where the regions bound. For example if the highest temperature calibration table in region 0 is 60°C, then the lowest temperature calibration table in region 1 must be 60°C.
