Space ICs are for the high-radiation environment of space, including radiation hardness assured (RHA), radiation tolerant, extended temperature, ceramic and space enhanced plastic.

Harsh environment products
Harsh environment ICs have undergone enhanced qualification for environments with extreme temperature, humidity and mechanical stress. These devices specified to operate as high as 200 C and as low as -55 C in plastic and ceramic packages.
Our enhanced products (EP) portfolio consists of more than 750 devices qualified for operation from -55 C to 125 C that span the board to help you create your system for harsh environment applications. EP devices are built from controlled baselines, controlled by Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Vendor Item Drawings (VID), to ensure consistent quality and longevity of supply.
QML Class Q and high temperature products
We provide ceramic, QML Class Q and high temperature (up to 210 C) ICs which offer the longevity needed in long-life systems in military and industrial applications.
