Note that OD_CLAMP_LVL1 is always be greater or equal to OD_CLAMP_LVL2. BAT_LIFE_EXT_LVL1 is set higher than BAT_LIFE_EXT_LVL2. The VDD voltage is sampled at the beginning of the effect only.
