Condition monitoring gateway

Block diagram

Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs enable you to build condition monitoring gateway modules, allowing data from multiple wired or wireless sensor nodes to be communicated to a central condition monitoring system.

Design requirements:

Condition monitoring gateway designs often require:

  • Edge processing to reduce system power and lower network bandwidth.
  • Wireless mesh network connecting various types of sensors directly to the Internet.
  • Efficient scalable FFT processing to predict potential machine failures.
