Description

Laser marker or micromachining is used to mark parts by burning or oxidizing the top layer of a part for a permanent marking or shaping.

    TI’s products and reference designs help design laser marking systems like:

  • Motor drivers (DRV88) to spin mirrors or control the direction of the laser and associated motor controllers (Delfino™ F2833x/F2837x) or alternatively micro-mirrors MEMS for a solid-state laser head position control
  • Precision components for high quality signal chain (operational amplifiers, ADCs)
  • High-speed interface to communicate with the rest of the system
