Overview

The TAS6424EQ1EVM evaluation module (EVM) showcases the TAS6424E-Q1, a  2.1-Mhz, four-channel, digital input Class-D audio amplifier solution for automotive infotainment. The 2.1-Mhz switching frequency allows to significantly reduce inductor size.The TAS6424E-Q1 delivers 25 W (10% THD+N) per channel into 4-Ω with a 14.4-V supply and integrates I2C diagnostics and protection. The TAS6424E-Q1 includes spread spectrum technology to meet CISPR25 Class 5 EMI compliance standards.
