The value of TurboVload() is taken from the cell model and combined with that of the other cells, scaled down (divided) by Pack Voltage Scale, as Vload is a parameter modeling the entire pack. TurboVload() may be explained as the total voltage the cells can show after providing power for a long period; after all current stops, the voltage is measured about 1ms afterwards.
Used in conjunction with TurboRhfEffective(), this helps to determine which trigger voltage threshold to use so that the system does not fall below the dropout voltage.
