Failure: TX Packets Increase But RX = 0

MAC loopback mode is active, but packets are not being looped back to the receiver.

ALE port state not FORWARD (need to check) Read the ALE port state register. Manually set the port to the FORWARD state.
RX DMA channel not opened Check if the EnetDma_openRxFlow() function succeeded. Verify the DMA configuration in ti_enet_dma_init.c.
RX buffer pool exhausted Count the buffers in rxFreeQ. Increase the packet pool sizes in SYSCFG.
MAC port not in loopback Read the MAC control register directly. Try resetting and re-enabling loopback.
