8.3.11.1.1.1 Interaction Between WAKE1_SENSE/OV_WAKE12SW_DIS and HSS4 Function in Normal Mode

In device versions with REV_ID = 20h and 21h, WAKE1_SENSE/OVWAKE12SW_DIS bit (0x12[6]) unexpectedly influences the HSS4 function in the SBC Normal mode. Setting this bit to 1b, disables the HSS4 in the SBC Normal mode. This bit does not impact the HSS4 function in the SBC Standby and SBC Sleep modes.

For the HSS4 to operate in the Normal mode, WAKE1_SENSE/OVWAKE12SW_DIS bit must be set to 0b (default). In this case, the VBAT monitor switch turns off when VHSS is above the OVHSS threshold. Refer to Table 8-6 for details.
