Both the circuits were made in the same size: 50-mm length, 30-mm width, and 13-mm overall height. They have the same external pin-out, allowing them to be tested under the same conditions. There are 10-mm high heatsinks attached to the board to cool the drive BJTs and MOSFETs. These boards are made in such a way that they can be mounted very close to the device being driven.
