Overview
The DS90UB9702-Q1EVM evaluation module (EVM) is a functional board design for evaluating the DS90UB9702-Q1 FPD-Link IV deserializer hub. The DS90UB9702-Q1 is a versatile deserializer capable of receiving data from up to four independent video sources using FPD-Link III and FPD-Link IV serializers. When paired with a DS90UB971-Q1 serializer, the DS90UB9702-Q1 can receive data from 8MP+ imagers with high color depth. It has two independent MIPI DPHY CSI-2 output ports and one replicate CSI-2 port, each with four available lanes supporting up to 2.5Gbps per lane. This device also supports 4x CML outputs which can be used to replicate the received FPD-Link input streams to outputs which can be connected to another FPD-Link deserializer for content sharing or off-board processing.
