The Texas Instruments DS90UB953-Q1EVM evaluation module (EVM) helps you evaluate the operation and performance of the DS90UB953-Q1 2MP MIPI® CSI-2 FPD-Link III serializer (SER). The device translates data from up to 4 MIPI CSI-2 lanes, operating at 830 Mbps each to transport data into a high-speed serialized FPD-Link III interface over a single 50-Ω coax cable.

  • MIPI D-PHY / CSI-2 version 1.1 compliant
  • System interface supports sensor CSI data transmission at up to 3.2 Gbps 
  • Supports sensor CSI data transmission at up to 3.32 Gbps 
  • Coax cable and power-over coax supported 
  • Multi-camera synchronization and monitoring and reporting for diagnostics
  • Compatible with DS90UB954, DS90UB960, DS90UB964 and DS90UB934 Deserializer EVM
