6.1.1.4.1.1.1 RTC_PORz Delay When RTC Only Mode is Used

VDD_RTC and VDDS_RTC power rails are required to be valid before the power rails release RTC_PORz. There is no specific delay requirement and so the PG (power good) output of the supply source can be connected to RTC_PORz input.
