The Configuration Registers block is responsible for providing memory mapped registers for configuration of the RINGACC functions. The configuration registers are divided into:
Static configuration fields (Section 10.2.4.4.1), which are typically initialized and then left at specified values for long time periods (or until a reset occurs)
Real-time (RT) registers (Section 10.2.4.4.4), which are modified frequently during runtime. Configuration registers are listed and described in Section 10.2.4.4, RINGACC Register Manual.
