Effect: Canonicalize the scratchpad. Then scratchpad = scratchpad+operand

This command will cause an error if:

  • The length is less than MAU_MIN_LENGTH or greater than MAU_MAX_LENGTH
  • The scratchpad’s length is not equal to the operand’s length
  • An arithmetic overflow occurs
  • The memory address refers to a RAM or ROM slot, but those slots are not configured
  • The interval [address … address+length-1] does not all refer to the same type of memory
