Boot ROM only supports OSPI flash device with JESD216 support. For flash devices with JESD216 SFDP version that supports more than 9 words, the quad enable bit information (word 15) is read from SFDP parameter table directly.

For flash device with JESD216 SFDP version that supports only 9 words parameter table, since the quad enable bit cannot be retrieved from SFDP parameter table, quad enable bit is assumed to be set through tools outside of the ROM.
