The AHB initiator can issue commands to MAU Core by writing commands to the MAU_COMMAND address. These writes are buffered in the Command FIFO and complete in order. Any write to MAU_COMMAND address will result in the command eventually being sent to MAU Core. If AHB initiator attempts to write MAU_COMMAND when the Command FIFO is full, Command FIFO will go into an error state.
