Overview

The TRF1208-ADC12DJ5200RFEVM is used to evaluate the ADC12DJ5200RF and ADC12DJ4000RF analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The ADC12DJ5200RF is a dual-channel 12-bit ADC capable of operating at sampling rates up to 5.2 GSPS in dual-channel mode or 10.4 GSPS in single-channel mode. The ADC12DJ4000RF is a dual-channel 12-bit ADC capable of operating at sampling rates up to 4 GSPS in dual-channel mode or 8 GSPS in single-channel mode.

  • A single-ended transformer-coupled channel allowing a bandwidth from 2 GHz to 7 GHz
  • A single-ended channel with our high-speed differential-amplifier TRF1208 allowing a bandwidth from 10 MHz to 8 GHz
  • LMX2594 clock synthesizer generates the ADC sampling clock
